I have set up a team of front-end developers in my company and I've been managing it for 6 years. This team is currently up to 10 people. I'm always doing my best to work as closely as possible with the product, design and backoffice teams in order to provide richer experiences to users, respecting accessibility and internet standards. I've been also a freelance front-end developer for 4 years. I am involved into "Les intégristes", a blog focusing on accessibility, standards, workflows and everything related to making better websites together. I also enjoy craftbeers on weekends.
